With built-in PoE ports, intelligent AcuSense technology, 4K video output, and efficient video compression, this NVR is ideal for homes, offices, retail stores, warehouses, commercial premises, and larger security installations.

Equipped with 16 independent PoE network interfaces, the DS-7616NXI-K2/16P allows compatible IP cameras to be connected directly to the NVR using a single network cable per camera for both power and data. This simplifies installation, reduces cable clutter, and makes the unit a practical plug-and-play recording solution for professional CCTV setups.

Hikvision AcuSense technology helps improve security monitoring by using human and vehicle target classification to reduce false alarms caused by irrelevant movement such as animals, rain, leaves, shadows, or lighting changes. AcuSearch support also helps make event playback more efficient by allowing faster searching of relevant footage when used with compatible cameras.

With support for H.265+ video compression, the NVR helps reduce storage requirements while maintaining good video quality. Its 2 SATA interfaces support large-capacity hard drives, making it suitable for continuous recording, long footage retention, and multi-camera surveillance systems.

Key Features

16-channel IP camera input

16 built-in PoE ports for plug-and-play camera connection

Hikvision AcuSense technology

Human and vehicle target classification

AcuSearch technology for efficient playback

Accurate perimeter protection to help reduce false alarms

H.265+ / H.265 / H.264+ / H.264 video compression

Up to 160Mbps incoming bandwidth

Up to 160Mbps outgoing bandwidth

HDMI and VGA independent video output

HDMI output up to 4K resolution

Supports high-resolution IP camera recording

Up to 16-channel synchronous playback

2 SATA interfaces for HDD installation

Up to 16TB capacity per HDD, model/firmware dependent

1 × RJ45 Gigabit LAN interface

16 × RJ45 10/100Mbps PoE interfaces

PoE standard: IEEE 802.3af/at

4 alarm inputs and 1 alarm output

USB ports for backup and mouse control

Two-way audio support

ONVIF support for compatible third-party IP cameras

Ideal For

Home CCTV systems

Office surveillance

Retail stores and shopping areas

Warehouses and factories

Schools and commercial buildings

Multi-camera IP CCTV installations

Perimeter protection systems

Upgrading from analogue CCTV to IP cameras

Installations needing built-in PoE and smart event filtering

Why Choose the Hikvision DS-7616NXI-K2/16P?

The DS-7616NXI-K2/16P is a strong choice for users who need a reliable, intelligent, and expandable NVR for up to 16 IP cameras.
