IDS HYYP IP Communicator

IDS HYYP IP Communicator 860-36-0693

The IDS HYYP IP Communicator 860-36-0693 is a secure IP/Wi-Fi communication module designed to connect compatible IDS alarm panels to the HYYP Smart Home / HYYP Home App, giving users convenient smartphone control and real-time alarm monitoring. It is ideal for homes, businesses, offices, shops, complexes, and security installations where remote alarm control and app-based notifications are required.

This module provides secure bi-directional TCP/IP communication, allowing compatible IDS systems to communicate through the HYYP platform. It can connect to the premises network using either an RJ45 Ethernet connection or its built-in Wi-Fi module, with DHCP required for IP addressing. The Wi-Fi connection supports 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n with WEP, TKIP, and AES encryption, and can be configured using WPS.

The HYYP IP Communicator enables users to arm, disarm, monitor, and manage their alarm system remotely through the mobile app. It also supports control room reporting via the HYYP platform and remote panel programming using IDSwift for IDS X-Series control panels.
